Trollfinger, correct. Obama didn't have access to the machines to rig the voting. You would have to be in a position of power to do that. And Obama wasn't. He won because people wanted him to win. If the 2004 elections hadn't been tampered with, and the actual Dem voter turnout had been counted, it would go a long way toward explaining Obama's victory. As regarding your interpretation of the VRBPAC Background Document , the section you refer to is the efficacy of the vaccine in reducing CIN 2/3 lesions in women ALREADY INFECTED with HPV and being blood and serum PCR positive. Did u know once u catch HPV, even if u show no symtpoms and it clears up on its own, the virus stays in your body for your entire life?
