old guys can have young girlfriends, and it seems ok, but after woman should not expect to be happy with a younger man - it's absolutely forbidden! I'm referring to the clue of this movie: it was cute but false. "giving up his life for her" meant breaking his heart and hers too, actually. very strange conclusion. I liked it while watching especially for Thurman and Streep but I don't like it.

How did he get this far? Because he is a successful politician, the Thai media is not critical, much of it owned by entrenched power, most Thai people don't reflect on 1973. "One guy died on Oct 6, 1973." The muslims "fell on each other because they were weak from fasting" and not because the military/cops packed too many of them in. These explanations and his subsequent attacks on the reporter might work in Thailand, but he comes across as a bad liar to me.

I was blessed to see Bo Diddley at Rockefellars in Houston, Texas and he put on one of the greatest shows I have ever seen. Omar and the Howlers led in and they were fantastic too. I still get chills thinking about that show way back in 1983. Just awesome!
