Also, another thing I noticed is, when you plug in the other end of the cable to the back of the PC its suppose to show me a orange light to say that theres an connection on the back of my PC. But it dosnet do that becuase the other end is not fucking connected to anything. So I would say, that that was a waste of my time.

If I connect my PC or my Laptop with an ethernet connection, and then wrap it around my phone? It will pick up the signals? Thats the only part I didn't understand. How does the signals pass trough the cable if its not connected to it? I mean?... Please someone teach me! :D

By default (even with QoS disabled) Windows XP reserves up to 20 percent of your connections bandwidth. To override this reserve take the following steps.

Vista isn't gay, it is actually I think a lot better than Windows XP. Vista gets a bad rep for having a few errors when it first came out (i.e boot error) and then dill holes like you even after they fix it, bitch and moan.

i think there is a program called vistamizer thats a very good program it will change the theme background icons and bootup screen to vista. Not very easy to unistall though i had one once which messed up my computer so i wouldn't advice it.

It's XP Pro with a modified theme not Vista Lmao. There's lot of tweaks you can perform on Pro more easily than XP home. For that matter my XP Pro looks better, and runs faster than Vista will ever hope to aspire to. They may catch up to me with Windows VII though :P.

Well, this may be true. But I still think they can improve. Laptops, as you know can cost hundreds to even a couple of thousand dollars. And they pride themselves on being mobile. Will someone please tell me why does the battery of a laptop has such a short lifespan. I mean even a cell phone stays charged all day long. Why don't laptops do the same? Cold isn't good for Li-Ion batteries, but in normal use it won't make a difference, mayb if you where running in 0 -10 deg cel u may need a different battery. LI-ION does have a memory. Unless properly cycled from fully up to fully discharged you may notice a difference of upto 100 charges, possibly more. Also DO NOT STORE slightly discharged, ALWAYS STORE FULL. If the battery is left discharged for any amount of time it will b fucked.

That's what everyone says, but I'm pretty sure laptops are developed now a days that you don't need to unplug the battery while plugged in AC, it will not charge through the battery if it's 100%. Also, cold is not good for Lithion Ion batteries from what I heard. As for letting 40% or whatever, doesn't sound right.

So let me get this straight..and correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just a bit confused. 1) When an individual's battery is full, and he is near an outlet, he should just remove the battery and store it somewhere cool, and just run the laptop plug into the wall. 2) When the individual run his/her laptop, he/she should only let the battery go down to 40% (Possibly 30%)? Just don't let it drain.
