Im 6'3" as well im on a pk team and I weigh 217 and the only thing I can;t do is monkey, I can sit turn lazy speed rocket turn and ect... weight doesn't really matter and don't start on 10ft drops. start smaller and get the correct form. then you will become one with you enviroment.

couldn't have said it better myself lol. Parkour looks really fun but you're right, no way my big ass frame could do that kind of stuff. I can keep up with people smaller than me but i do have a hard time slowing down and changing direction when i'm at a full sprint. if anything, i should just run THROUGH stuff rather than over it lol. that's another fun story involving me destroying propriety if ya'll wanna hear that. but yeah, i think i'll just stick to playing Linebacker.

At that height and weight, even if you were only 5-10% body fat you would still have trouble maneuvering your body through many of the movements involved in the art. You would also have a much, much harder time slowing down, which is very important. If you can't stop yourself, you can't make accurate precision jumps or control yourself in a swing. Work with your bodyweight more, much less with weights. All that extra muscle would probably be wasted in parkour.

Don't get an Instinct. You can't synch calendar and the web browser is not as good. Opera Mobile 9.5 is alot better than the Instinct browser. Also the touch flo is nice. Downfall with Diamond is no flash but does has 3.2mp, Only 4GB internal storage and poor battery life. But from what I hear the Instinct web browser is not as compatible with websites. I had a Sprint rep go to a specific site and click on a vieo that support windows media and it work great while did nit work with Instinct

BAD ASS WEAPONS 0:40 M16 w/drum mag and M203 1:25 G3A3 w/scope 1:35 SA80 2:43 is that an M14? 3:00 M40, and the sniper's stockless MP5 was sweet! 5:13 one of my favorites in the vid, the G36k w/ACOG & folded stock The AK-47 was cool. Personally, I would take the M4 over all of these simply because it's small, accurate, and it has a buttload of accessories.

not true..getting ur stuff modded is the way to go in airsoft..buying those low end guns are about 200 fps or less..but modding it and getting some metal parts making it as powerful as 500 fps..but some arenas have rules on setting it to a min of 400 and a max of 450..and that includes sniper rifles...but other than arenas..u can go as high as 800..it would be like paintball hitting..400 in pellets already hurt like hell lowl
