By the way, your assertion that because they use the name Anna Lee later in the song that the lyric in the chorus is Annie, is laughable and truly ignorant. They sing about many people in that song, Carmen, the Devil, Miss Moses, Luke, Anna Lee, Crazy Chester, Luke the Dog, and my god what is this in the last verse that they sing? ALthough its got 6 strings and can be tuned like a guitar, it's definitely its not played conventionally like a banjo or guitar. I play both guitar and banjo, but picking the guitjo is an instrument in its own right.

The hit was brutal, but not illegal. Sutter needs to keep his head up and not stick it out there to be taken off by a defensive play. Weight played the body, but the position that Sutter took while reaching for the puck placed his head and shoulders in Weight's path.

Maybe not he'll keep his head up and realize he's playing hockey and he's not a ballerina... One of the first things you learn in Pee-Wee hockey is keep your head up. I was caught with my head down and guess what? I learned to keep it up after having my bell rung... If you don't know that in the NHL...even the new pansy ass NHL where even a tiny tug on the arm is a hold...you don't belong there.

Doug Weight has been in the League for 17 years so he knows what he is doing out there. He has also been on 4 different teams in the last 4 years. I don't know about "best" but there are so many. contrary to popular belief, vegetables do have protein, though not as much as soy. beans, nuts, and soy have lots of protein. though, we do not need tons of protein. most people probably get twice as much as they need, and too much protein, especially animal protein, can cause cancer. basically, you can't get a protein deficiancy unless you just dont eat. you also can get iron from leaft greens and omega 3 from flax seed oil instead of fish.

The best way to loose weight is to go vegan. I went vegetarian in january of 2008. I weighed 144 pounds. By June I was 115 pounds. I went vegan in July, and now in November I am 103 pounds. that was good. all you really need is 3 times a week as far as working out. you can focus on total body which is great but if you can always do the cardio thats what slims everything down and the push ups, abs and the weights will help tone it up. just enough to tone thats it. you can probably add a little more wieght or just increase reps but not lift the whole planet. healthy eating will rounds this off just fine

Get a grip!! Ask any nutritionist or body builder - You should lose no more that 1 pound a week. If you do that's a crash diet and NOT sustainable, but a pound a week means you're changing your life style. Nice work TKO. (Of course I thought you looked 'fine' before too.

She has a video called "Temple Pose Low Body Sculpting Yoga" and another called "Yoga for a Better Booty", so those will probably help. Also, she has a lot of weight loss workout videos. ("Weight Loss Yoga Power Half Hour", "Fists of Fire Detox Sequence", this video, and a bunch of others, too). I assume this will help your lower body, because I doubt that she put "A CALORIE-TORCHING SEQUENCE FOR TONING AND STRETCHING YOUR WHOLE BODY" in the description box just for giggles. :) Hope I helped!

But for many newer students it could be done slower. it's a tutorial, not meant to follow, as I say in the vid. Thanks, e-force [this is a response to the "lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks" ad that keeps popping up all over the site]. I removed the ad, but this is totally true: Beware of things promising this much weight loss in so little time. First of all, it doesn't work, and second of all, you lose water weight and muscle, and end up looking baggy and saggy and feeling like crap.

Wow, that is a lot of weight in just two weeks. It is very unhealthy though. No weight lose program is going to really work in the long run. It's said a healthy weight to lose per week is around 2 pounds. Patience is key. you want this to be a lifestyle change not a quick weight loss fix.
