With a smaller bit, you need to drill more slowly... The heat will weaken a smaller diameter bit much faster than a typical size. The small bits also lack in shear strength, so try to keep the drill/Dremel as close to perpendicular to the board as you can.

I hate dremals there too loud for nothing and ferric cloride stains everything & wears out quickly ,but on the good side it stores longer then amonium perclorite dose. you could also add that tin plateing the board after eching could be a great help in soldering & would help prevent the copper from lifting when soldering the board. but so far I am just trying to learn eagle software so far so these are just suggestions ! for now !

I'm not american, I'm from the UK and my album doesn't have it either. I had to download it, but it fits perfectly on the end of the campfire headphase, sort of like the rising sun the morning after. It was on the japanese realease of the album I think. Unless you can find it somewhere, it's worth buying a whole new imported album!!
