Video duration: 221 seconds It is now just over a year and unfortunately zero progress. The injuries kept me from growing like I wanted. Another year to make it 180lbs. I really have no clue how to flex properly so its easier for me to put on music and just kind of feel things. Perhaps at 180lbs I'll manage a few BB'er poses.
