I'd also like to say Beast And The Harlot had a pretty monotonous beat, with the same snare drum being hit repeatedly. Disturbed also branches out to other types of sounds. A good example is a song called Darkness. That one could be considered the exact opposite of what Disturbed normally is. Now you can't tell me that's not branching out.

I would like to see Synyster play something from Michael Angelo Batio. Look up No Boundries from him and then tell my he can play anything. Besides, sticking to a certain sound doesn't mean it's bad. I love foo but I must admit I didn't like the lengthy slowed down part of their last tour, so I don't know if a whole acoustic show would do it for me. It was really weird to me to get pumped up which I want from a rock concert but then get a buzz kill to the previous adrenaline. I felt very unsatisfied after it was over. On the other hand, maybe if I knew what I was getting beforehand I would have felt less let down.
