I think TM came much earlier...sorry. He takes complicated concepts and translates them into a simplified western language that we can understand...I think,over the years, he has crossed that bridge very well. I have an old Chopra tape that I play occasionally (worn to a nub). I find it "grounding". LOL and we all could use some of that these days.

When someone focuses only on the external, it only shows how empty he/she is.
