i really like it.. but about the whole piano/guitar debate.. he's playing a classic spanish guitar, 6 strings, 14 playable frets. around 40-50% of the notes are overlapping, meaning you can find them at least twice on the guitar. so.. 6times12/2 = around 36 playable notes. Piano has 88. not to mention that on the guitar you can't reach all the notes together due to the distance, while in the piano you can reach more notes(10 instead of 6). Anyhow. i'm a guitar player, so.. :) well done

Well, you figure, 88 keys on a piano, and since he's playing a twelve-string guitar, there would be 21 frets on the acoustic, with an accompanied 12 strings to tune any way you'd like. Don't know where you live what level 8 means but if we talk levels like easy/intermediate/advanced/solo piano this is (the whole piece) advanced but you should know that even for an advanced pianist is very hard to make it sound pefect. If you are interested in what the score looks like it is pretty easy to read and not that hard to play the notes themselves, the hard part is rather the feeling you have to apply.

Our weight is a serious problem like that of AIDS (though in no way as deadly or life threatening is most cases; only a example off the top of my head) in Africa. This I cannot deny. Certainly no hate responses. But just to let you know, Pludermacher is the man. Accompanied Milstein a lot. And there is a great recording of Intro and Rondo as played by Gitlis with Pludermacher. He also accompanies Silvia Marcovici in a recital (which can be found on youtube) in which she plays Faure and Franck sonatas.

The amazing thing is that this was done sometime in the sixties, and 20 years later Milstein and Pludermacher played this again in Milstein's last recital in Sweden...and it sounded every bit as good as this. Yeah, Pludermacher was quite young but he's a fantastic pianist - Milstein would not have used him if he wasn't his musical equal, and actually they performed together frequently for like 25 years.

Although I don't believe in taking the position that I was talking about all the time, it is a wonderful exercice.I found it especially usefull before concerts.:)You would not believe what easy it gets to play anything in natural position after playing like that:)).So,I guess I do agree with him.

yes, this is true. And I've read he believed that, for better control of the instrument , you should not hold the violin with you chin. You should actually be able to support it with the left hand.
