Odds are there were two fish from like pets mart, one that was alive and flopped for wasteland and another that died of natural causes!

fish arent like animals or humans, their brains arent functioned to feel pain as much. If it died, it wouldn't feel it as bad. If it was an animal, then it would be bad. but its a fish.
