They dissed him on the single, I Heard It Through the Grapevine in 1968; What's Going On, the single and the album in 1971; the Let's get it on album and single, 1973; the I Want You album and single, 1976. And the single Got to give it up in 1977. These songs were all nominated for grammys. Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder dominated the 70's in R&B.
