Well, it matters. There are some Linux distros Like Linpus ( formerly called Lindows ) that is extremely bloated. Xubuntu or Ubuntu are pretty nice, but I prefer Linux Mint to newbies, because it's pretty lite, has a big package selection, and lots of stuff is pre-installed. There is also a version of linux mint with a light window manager for lower end machines ( requires 60mb ram ).

thats why you dont own a mac, you should because they are easier, the chances you get hacked... uh none! and they aint even that expensive if your comparing the most expensive one to the cheapest HP it may be 1000 more... that was totally off topic you do not know how to make an argument plus i never said i like mac i actually refuse to use them and what i was saying is that the macbook has glaring vulnerabilities in a not so recent hacking competition mac book hacked in 3 min vista hacked in 7 hours, and ubuntu was not successfully hacked and yes i know macs on average cost 500 to 1000 dollars more than most other computers thats why i own an HP

But I do see your point, at least you had the courtesy to explain it to me without going HURR DURR Windoes suxx buy a nac HURR. I remember working on a lap-top, and the motion sensor in it was messed up, you could hardly write without it stopping the computer entirely =S but wouldn't stopping the hard-drive, shut the pc down, or is that where the exploit comes in?

Why don't YOU run the numbers, I;ve been on a popular forum site, where people have budgets of mere $500 or about £300 and they can build some excellent windows based computers. add an extra hundred to that and you can get yourself that professional version you SHOULD have promiced yourself, macs are £1000 straight off.

the reason that macs have a motion sensor is for the hard drive its designed to stop writing things to the hard drive if the macbook starts falling so that it won't scratch the harddisk its a damage prevention device that most modern laptops have its just that macs are easy to mess with because they have a rediculous amount of security flaws

I think you can make them drift if you want them to. It actually sounds pretty cool when they drift. That's why so many people like real analog. But I'm sure if they went WAY out of tune, that'd sound bad. Hell the Andromeda must have an autotune feature for a reason.
