He didn't say which cases he disagrees with in an interview, he said them in speeches. In the case about child rapists' death penalties (can't seem to find the name, sorry) he voiced his disapproval almost immediately. Which cases besides Roe v. Wade has Sarah Palin publicly voiced her disapproval on? You may not have said it's the most important thing, but you certainly suggested it has great importance at least in women who want to hold positions in the White House.

About the rape kits, from CNN(I also saw sources from USAtoday and factcheck): "It was one of those things everyone could agree on except Wasilla," Croft told CNN. "We couldn't convince the chief of police to stop charging them." It's hard to find the names of rape victims because (thankfully) we try to give them their privacy. I already said I don't feel comfortable discussing her college life as there's not enough information. I'm not sure why you brought it up?

I disagree that she handled them well, the Couric one especially. Asking what newspapers she reads or what cases she disagrees with aren't oral essays. Obama disagrees with the Gonzales v. Carhart decision and the recent case about death penalties for child rapists. Not sure what he reads but I do know he's currently trying very hard not to get trapped in the "Presidential bubble" as far as his information. About the beauty thing: there have also been many who weren't. Not a valid argument.

Yes it was tried under Reagan in the 80's. It was the worst thing he ever did and even he said it was the biggest thing he regretted at the end of his term. YES WE DID TRY IT. Does the grace and beauty requirement count for men too? Because I can think of quite a few who haven't met it. I saw your reply about the rape kits. Please cite the source where it said proven victims were reimbursed. It also occurs to me a) victims would be put off when they saw the price for rape kits, b) it can be fairly difficult to prove and convict rapists, especially in small towns, and c) I highly doubt many women go to the doctor and ask for invasive examinations without needing them.

Amnesty WAS NOT practical. We tried it before and it DID NOT work. Christ, how many times do we have to repeat massive mistakes. You deport them over time, you catch them when you pull them over, when they show up at schools and hospitals. You get them the hell out until they become Americans and pay taxes like I have to. They broke the law, they are criminals. You don't give amnesty to people who don't respect this county! McCain is not a conservative because he did not realize this!
