Think about the people, not just in the music business, who have put their soul into their craft, influenced the entire world, and died without the world being able to thank them. This man's playing is a culmination of what he lived through from Mississippi to Detroit! And now his bass lines are so common that they are taken for granted by the uninformed. He was awesome!
